Based near Moorgate, they are centrally located. Job Description Own and provide an efficient, progressive, and streamlined people operations service to the business. Manage all People data, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose, accurate, and efficient. Own provider relationships, identifying and implementing improvements (e.g., payroll and benefits providers). Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance, onboarding, performance management, development, family-friendly leave, and exit arrangements, ensuring a positive employee experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Develop onboarding and induction programmes to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success. Provide first-line support and advice on employee relations activities. Manage off-boarding and leaver processes to ensure respectful and smooth transitions. Keep up to date with and implement relevant employment legislation and global HR best practices. Lead the collation and analysis of HR and people data, producing reports to identify trends for the People team and wider business. The Successful Applicant A successful People Manager should have: Experience in a similar People Manager or Business Partner role. Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Experience working with data—analyzing and producing reports on retention, headcount, etc. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience leading HR projects and initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced London-based environment. What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £63,000 to £70,000.
