Account Manager – F1 - Global PartnershipsLondon | £40-45k + BonusAn International Sports & Entertainment Agency we work with are looking for a talented Account Manager, to play a key role in the delivery of partnership programmes across motorsport & F1 with this role working on a newly formed account!This is an excellent opportunity for an F1 focussed individual 2-3 years of experience in the Senior Account Executive space with plenty of room to grow in an ever-expanding business.Over the past couple of years, this organisation has gone from strength to strength with lots of further growth plans on the horizon.Key Responsibilities:Manage all communications with ClientsEnsure client retention and facilitate further growthProvide outstanding client servicing and people managementBuild innovative and effective partnership activation strategiesShow leadership throughout the account and be confident delivering on-site as part of the event team when neededResolve issues to maintain and strengthen client trustKey Skills:2+ years in a sports or entertainment environment, with proven experience as Senior Account Executive or similar – Formula 1 experience is a mustIn depth knowledge of partnership management with a strong focus on activation planningProven experience of delivering sponsorship rights across the marketing spectrumSignificant experience in professional client relationship at management levelOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with the aptitude to foster long term relationshipsExcellent organisational skills with the confidence to manage different projects across multiple accountsAbility to work in a fast paced agency environment
