Hours: Minimum 40 hours with OT when required. 1st Shift 4-10 hours days, occasional travel (up to 25%)

They are seeking an Automation Technician to build automation, work with robotics, troubleshoot custom automation challenges, and potentially advance in the field. The Technician will collaborate directly with Lead Technicians and teams of mechanical and electrical engineers.
A Day In The Life
The Automation Technician will work with other technicians and engineering teams on custom automation projects designed and built in Belmont, NH, and delivered across the US and internationally.
Occasionally, travel will be required to support field service teams (inside and outside of the state).
The Automation Technician position requires
* Configure, build, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of custom automation projects
* Meet project assembly deadlines by setting and achieving goals
* Wiring, plumbing, alignment, and troubleshooting automation components
* Following prints and wiring AC/DC cabinets
* HMI setup
* Electrical panel assembly
* Working with PLCs, VFDs, SCARA, and 6-axis robots
* Isolating and resolving automation challenges
* Identifying safety issues
* Leading by example and effective communication
* Meeting deadlines for project delivery
* Adapting to changing project needs
* Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
* Occasional travel for field support
