Account Executive - B2B - Solution Selling
Motive Group are working with a high growth business offering exceptional B2B solutions in the connectivity, digital voice and managed network services space.
You'll be an experienced B2B sales hunter with a track record of consultative sales and building solutions to solve real problems for SMB - Enterprise.
Even better if you have experience with connectivity, Internet Service, or telecoms.
What you’ll do:
* Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
* Develop key sectors and land high-value clients
* Collaborate with marketing, tech, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
You’ll need:
* A strong track record of B2B sales ideally in telecoms or tech
* Confidence turning technical solutions into commercial wins
* A customer-first mindset and drive to exceed targets
The role is Hybrid. Regular travel to client sites across the South East and time in the Canterbury office.
UK driving license required.
