Customer Solutions Manager – Smart Metering & IoT Platforms We are seeking a senior, customer-facing technical delivery leader to drive the end-to-end deployment, adoption, and success of our client’s smart metering and IoT platforms. In this role, you will: * Act as a trusted advisor to utility customers * Own technical escalations and resolution * Serve as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams * Influence and provide input into the product roadmap Candidate Profile: We are looking for experienced professionals from customer-facing technical roles in utilities, smart metering, IoT, telecoms, or cloud platforms. Typical titles include Customer Solutions Manager, Technical Account Manager (TAM), Solutions Architect (Post-Sales/Delivery), or Implementation/Deployment Manager (AMI/Utilities).
