The Role
We’re recruiting a reliable and skilled Plumber / Maintenance Operative to work on a variety of domestic social housing properties across Sheffield. You'll deliver essential repairs and planned works, ensuring homes remain safe, functional, andfortable for tenants.
Key Duties
1. Responsive plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, etc.)
2. Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance
3. Fitting taps, cylinders, sinks, baths & showers
4. Basic multi‑trade tasks (desirable but not essential)
What You’ll Need
5. Proven plumbing experience within domestic or social housing settings
6. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred)
7. Multi‑skilled ability is a bonus
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. Strong customer-facing skills
