Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, idea-generating Creative Strategist to lead the development and optimisation of creative concepts for our paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging channels. You’ll combine a strong understanding of performance marketing with a passion for fresh, on-trend creative to ensure our ads don’t just look good — they deliver exceptional ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the creative strategy for all paid social ads, ensuring they are performance-focused and aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct creative research — analyse competitor ads, industry trends, and emerging formats to inspire new ideas.
Work closely with the social media, influencer, and e-commerce teams to ensure paid creative aligns with organic content and wider campaigns.
Produce detailed creative briefs for designers, videographers, and content creators that clearly outline concepts, hooks, and performance goals.
Review ad performance data to identify creative winners and iterate for maximum ROAS.
Lead creative testing plans — including thumbnails, hooks, copy, and visual styles — to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Stay on top of platform best practices and innovations in ad formats to keep the clients campaigns ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and content partners to source UGC-style and branded creative for ads.
Maintain an organised creative library of high-performing assets and learnings.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in a paid social / performance marketing role with a strong creative focus.
Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one other paid platform (Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube).
Ability to analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable creative changes.
Strong copywriting skills for short-form, high-impact ad scripts and captions.
Familiarity with UGC-style content and influencer-led creative.
Understanding of direct-to-consumer e-commerce marketing funnels.
Desirable:
Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or oral care industry.
Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) for light creative tweaks.
Basic graphic design skills for mock-ups (e.g., Canva, Figma).
