Overview
The Sample & Shoot Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of sample logistics, e-commerce and lifestyle shoot prep and coordination. This role focuses on the organisation and preparation of Women’s Wear and Children’s Wear samples for shoots, ensuring that everything is logged, packed, and ready on time for both e-commerce and lifestyle shoots. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in fashion, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills who is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Location: 5 days per week based at our North Acton Office.
What You Will Do
* Assist in receiving, logging, and storing samples for both WW and CW shoots.
* Ensure that all samples are properly labelled, logged, and stored according to company procedures.
* Help prepare samples for e-commerce and lifestyle shoots, ensuring that they are pulled, organised, and ready for styling.
* Assist in packing samples for shoots, ensuring items are packed securely and appropriately for transport.
* Assist in organising the outfitting room and ensuring all required samples are available for styling.
* Provide support during outfitting sessions to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
* Help facilitate the return of samples after shoots, ensuring that all items are properly logged back into the sample room and put back.
* Assist in end-of-season returns, making sure samples are processed and logged according to procedure.
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including tracking sample statuses.
* Assist other team members with ad-hoc tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
What We Are Looking For
* Interest in fashion or related field, preferably with some prior experience in fashion.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage tasks and work collaboratively with the team.
* Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
