What makes a RED Barista/Bakery Host?
Can you make great coffee whilst resisting the temptations of BEAUTIFUL pastries? Are you someone who believes service is more than delivering plates? With a warm welcome, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for hospitality, you will make every guest feel special.
What will you be doing?
* Welcoming and seating guests with genuine warmth
* Preparing and serving coffee, food, and drinks with consistency and care
* Taking accurate orders, including dietary preferences and special requests
* Keeping bakery and dining areas clean, tidy, and inviting
* Supporting events and private functions with setup and service
* Handling guest queries and feedback with positivity and professionalism
* Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be:
* Experienced in hospitality, barista work, or a similar role (preferred)
* A natural communicator with excellent people skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
* Calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about delivering consistent, genuine service
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
