About The Role:
Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts in our continually expanding division.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
2. Manage contractor control duties, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure standards are met.
3. Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
4. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
5. Work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
6. Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability, supporting the delivery of quality service.
7. Support the implementation of an integrated approach for service delivery, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
8. Provide callout responses for the client as per the rota, approximately once every four weeks.
Essential Hiring Criteria:
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Valid driving license.
3. Relevant certifications and qualifications, including:
* Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
1. Experience in Facilities Management preferred.
2. CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
3. First Aid certification.
4. Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
5. Basic IT skills, including Excel & Microsoft Office.
