What Our Client Is Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN) with current UK NMC registration. Skills or training in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, or other neurological care practices. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, especially with residents facing cognitive or communication challenges. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with neurological conditions. Create and implement tailored care plans in partnership with a multidisciplinary team. Manage complex needs including respiratory support, pain management, and PEG feeding. Provide emotional guidance and clear communication to residents and families. Ensure safe, compliant, and evidence-based clinical practice.
