CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client’s team of facilities management professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and end-client satisfaction.
This is a site based opportunity, located just outside of Durham City, County Durham.
Package:
Competitive salary up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Core hours are Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week between 7:00am - 4:00pm
Participation in out of hours on call rota

Responsibilities:
Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers
Perform routine maintenance xjlbheb tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, moving parts, to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
