About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support the coordination of our Community Safety Partnership (CSP). You will be central to building safer, stronger, and more connected communities by working with partners, leading meetings, supporting funding applications, and engaging stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating CSP monthly meetings, including sub-groups, arranging presentations, updating action plans and calendars, taking minutes, and liaising with the Chair.
* Acting as the first point of contact for the CSP.
* Identifying opportunities within community safety by liaising with communities and partners to enhance community wellbeing.
* Attending district-wide or county meetings related to themes like Road Safety and Domestic Abuse, as designated by the Team Manager.
* Keeping records and producing reports on CSP actions and interventions for the Police Crime Commissioner.

You will need
* A level, NVQ3, or BTEC qualification (relevant experience can be considered as an alternative).
* GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent, including Maths and English).
* Excellent knowledge of administrative processes and systems.
* Experience and confidence in engaging with communities and individuals.
* Strong IT and administrative skills.
* The ability to prioritize and organize workload with attention to detail.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in line with Data Protection and GDPR.
