If you enjoy a fast-paced generalist role, can confidently support managers and want to work for a well-established international organisation that genuinely cares about its people, this could be a great fit.About the roleThis is a hands-on, varied HR Advisor position within a supportive HR Operations team. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and other Advisors, providing guidance across a wide range of people matters. No two days are the same, and you’ll be right at the heart of delivering a great employee experience.You’ll be involved in:Advising managers on employee relations matters (including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances)Handling day-to-day queries including flexible working, policy questions and visa mattersManaging recruitment activity for your areasBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and having confident, constructive conversationsSupporting engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiativesGetting involved in ongoing HR and people projectsSupporting HR administration during busy periodsWorking with Payroll and the wider team on reward and benefits activityWhat we’re looking forWe’re after someone who can come in and get up to speed quickly.
