Employability and Engagement Officer Variable hours as and when required Pre-approved Register Opportunities available across our Ayr, Kilwinning and Kilmarnock Campuses £35,459 per annum, pro rata Reference: REQ01013 You will support in the development and delivery of a high quality and effective Employability and Engagement service for the College that meets the needs of difficult to reach groups. This will involve encouraging learner engagement through the operational delivery of bespoke programmes and liaising with both internal staff and external community organisations to plan, prepare and supervise students’ projects and work placements. You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent with experience of undertaking youth work, youth leadership and delivering team building activities. It is essential that you possess knowledge of risk assessment and child protection principles. A D1 category driving licence or the willingness to obtain this is also desirable.
