To be an effective Store Manager, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
* Lead and inspire your team to excel
* Create an environment focused on delivering excellent service, achieving targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment
* Take a hands-on approach in operational and commercial activities alongside your team
* Report to the Area Manager and contribute to the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value
* Ensure communication is timely and accurate to meet business needs

* You possess exceptional commercial understanding to create a fantastic shopping experience
