About the Role
This specialist independent SEMH provision set in a unique and nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and resilient Class Teacher to work across Primary (KS2) and KS3, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment that supports SEMH learners
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS2 and KS3
* Work closely with and direct Teaching Assistants to maximise pupil support
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies and uphold high expectations
* Monitor progress through regular assessment, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Support the development of literacy and communication skills across the curriculum
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to whole-school development
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching KS2 and/or KS3 students
* Experience or strong interest in SEMH / SEN settings
* Strong behaviour management and relational teaching approach
* Ability to deliver creative and adaptable lessons
* A collaborative and positive team player
