The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects and activities.
* Work closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored educational plans.
* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with personal care and emotional support where needed.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social development.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEN setting.
* A caring, patient, and resilient nature.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
