Hours of Work: 48 hours over an 8-day shift cycle, inclusive of 1 hour paid break per shift. Rota – 12-hour shifts, 2 nights, 2 days, 4 days off
The Role in a Nutshell
Cyberfort is seeking a Service Support Technician due to internal promotion to join our friendly team.
You will be part of a team providing 24/7/365 support for data centre and service desk functions.
This role involves diverse daily tasks, including supporting customers and colleagues, managing a wide range of data centre and customer equipment, resolving queries, and installing and supporting hardware and software as part of a team. You should be confident on the telephone, able to prioritize your work, and seek help when needed.
Some experience with IT infrastructure and customer service is desirable. Confidence in using office software is essential. A keen willingness to learn and develop your skills is crucial for this hands-on role.
Being a quick learner, able to build honest, transparent, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers, will make you an ideal candidate.
Cyberfort is committed to providing support, training, and promotion opportunities. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in IT. We’ve partnered with QA Training, and all Technicians are enrolled in an 18-month Level 4 training program following induction.
