The Role: We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and collaborative IT Support Engineer to join our London office. You will resolve user issues sent to the Service Desk, provide support for IT issues in the UK and internationally, and support desktops, laptops, and Microsoft Teams. The role may involve travel to other Cundall offices. You will act as a main contact for external consultants and internal management, providing clear technical instructions and remote troubleshooting support to ensure prompt resolution of IT issues.
The Skills: The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT with proven support experience. Experience within a Professional Services Firm, expertise with SCCM/MS Intune, support with Microsoft Teams, Windows OS, Servers, Cisco VPN, WLANs, Newforma, MS Office, NAS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and WNS is required. Skills in network troubleshooting, structured cabling, PC setup, remote control tools, network administration, scripting, debugging, and hardware commissioning are also desired. Excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset are essential.
