What you will be doing
* Ensure all appropriate information is captured and transferred correctly
* Continually work to achieve completed scanning within customer deadlines to meet customer expectations
* Preparation of documents, scanning documentation, and ensuring all scanned items are quality checked to ensure the image matches.
* Build relationships with users and manage their perception and expectations, including resolving immediate/simple operational problems to enhance the customer experience.
* Responsible for own and others’ Health & Safety, operating in and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment to ensure that the work environment is a safe place to work.

Ideally you will have:
* Computer literate
* Microsoft Excel and Word experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience working within a forensic environment is desirable but not essential
