Your Role: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are excited to announce the creation of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position. This key role will serve as the deputy to the Priest Administrator, providing essential leadership across finance, operations, and organizational systems. You will play a crucial part in:
* Ensuring financial stewardship and commercial oversight
* Leading operational initiatives that support our mission
* Allowing the Priest Administrator to focus on worship and pilgrimage

What We’re Looking For
Essential experience includes:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Senior-level experience in finance and operations
* Knowledge of charity finance, governance, and compliance
* Commercial acumen with experience in overseeing trading or income-generating activities
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A collaborative leadership style that aligns with Christian ethos and values
* Willingness to live within a reasonable distance of Walsingham
