What You'll Do:
1. Oversee Operations: Manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
2. Lead the Team: Develop and manage department heads and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3. Maximize Revenue: Optimize revenue streams and control costs to meet financial goals.
4. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to legal requirements and regulations.
5. Enhance Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
6. Resolve Issues: Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure resolution.
7. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and community members.
8. Shape Policies: Participate in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
9. Manage Crises: Develop and implement crisis management plans and protocols.

Ideal Candidate
26. Proven experience as a hotel operations manager or in a similar role
27. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
28. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders
29. Strong financial management skills with the ability to maximize revenue and control costs
30. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
31. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
32. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
33. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
