Our client, a well-established and growing business, is currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for stable, ongoing work.
The Role
This position requires fluency in spoken and written Mandarin, as you will be using the company’s warehouse CRM system in Mandarin to process orders and manage stock accurately.
The role also involves physical warehouse duties, including regular heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing orders using the warehouse CRM system (Mandarin language interface)
* Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
* Receiving and checking inbound deliveries
* Stock control and inventory management
* Loading and unloading goods (heavy lifting involved)
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
* Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and understanding)
* Confident using computer systems/CRM software
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
