We are in our next growth phase. Our first milestone is £10M revenue. To get there, we are building a sales engine that is relentless on standards, disciplined on execution, and measured by outcomes.
This hire exists because growth has exposed a gap: we need a leader who can raise the bar, win business personally, and build a team that can scale.
What this role includes
* A key member of the senior management team at Raw Selection
* Responsible for the sales function that wins new clients and builds long-term relationships
* Operator + leader: you will win business personally and develop a team to do the same
* You will manage best-in-class graduates and develop them into elite Private Equity executive search professionals
* You will run the function through metrics, coaching, and constant standard-raising
