What the Role Involves:
* Hands-On Leadership: Work directly alongside the Directors, supporting the day-to-day leadership and operation of the office.
* Workflow Management: Manage workflow and deadlines across accounts, bookkeeping, and tax, overseeing the team's output.
* Client Engagement: Lead client meetings, handle advisory conversations, and support new business enquiries and proposals.
* Mentorship: Support and mentor the team, supervising and developing talent.
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years' recent experience within UK accountancy practice. Confident reviewing statutory accounts and managing client relationships.
