Client Services Administrator

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team at our Manchester site. In this role, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks that help ensure the efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the team in the delivery of packaging artwork and pre-press
* To assist in the process for all projects for the Client, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs and, all services provided by BIS
* Manage and maintain project and job status trackers.
* Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines where applicable to all key stakeholders.
* Escalate as appropriate any risks to critical path timelines.
* Collate 'accurate' briefs and submit to on-site studio
* Collate amend's and brief to on-site studio
* To ensure the overall requirements of the client are clearly understood, and that appropriate actions are taken to deliver the highest levels of service possible.
* Support the control and development of brand consistency and print feasibility on behalf of the Client, along with the BIS Print Technical Team and Operational Teams (Client Services and Production).
* To be responsible for getting approval of jobs from each relevant client department before releasing the fully approved files.
* Interacting with the Artwork Production and QC team
* Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by telephone, email.
Experience
* Excellent organisational skills and logical approach.
* Attention to detail.
* Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
* Some experience/knowledge of Adobe products.
* Experience/Knowledge of working with FMCG brands.
* Proactive, self-starter; able to work independently/autonomously.
* A good listener and able to demonstrate strong empathy skills.
* Strong process orientation.
