Our client, a leading property business based in Battersea, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in property to provide high-level support across administration, operations, and property management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a varied and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, correspondence, calls, emails, travel, and filing systems
Provide business and operational support, overseeing office administration and liaising with suppliers and contractors
Support HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, records, and annual leave coordination
Oversee property management for a small portfolio, liaising with tenants and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and monitoring tenancy agreements/rent collection
Assist with land and property acquisitions, carrying out research and maintaining accurate recordsKey Skills & Experience
Essential: Previous experience working within the property sector
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Operations professional
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Discretion when handling confidential information
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
