About the Role
To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standards set by the Regulatory Body.
Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and teach individual students or small groups according to the School’s Curriculum framework and policies.
* Monitor, record, and report on student progress.
* Contribute to and help implement developments related to the School Development Plan.
* Promote, in line with Company policies, the physical, educational, and moral development of students.
* Develop and implement an environment and learning program for individual students to ensure appropriate progression.
* Coordinate teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting across key stages as agreed with the Head Teacher.
* Devise, implement, and review individual education and behavior plans with staff collaboration.
* Organize classroom resources, student groupings, and displays to create a stimulating learning environment.
* Plan to ensure student safety on and off-site, adhering to risk assessments.
* Brief Learning Support Assistants, Tutors, Instructors, and care staff as necessary.
