Joiner (Fire Door Work - Student Accommodation)\n Location: Coventry\n Rate: £23.00 - £25.00 per hour (CIS payment)\n Duration: Ongoing\n Start Date: Immediate\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30\n Positions Available: 3 Joiners\n\nJob Description:\n We are currently seeking 3 experienced Joiners for a project in Coventry working on student accommodation. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and adjustment of fire doors to a high standard. Work is carried out in occupied buildings, so professionalism and attention to detail are essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nInstallation and remediation of fire doors in accordance with current regulations\n\nEnsure all work complies with health and safety requirements\n\nCarry out work to a high standard, meeting quality control and compliance checks\n\nReport and document any defects or issues to the site supervisor\n\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment\n\nRequirements:\n\nValid green, Blue or Gold CSCS card\n\nPrevious experience in fire door installation essential\n\nTools and PPE\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship\n\nUTR number for CIS payments\n\nBenefits:\n\nConsistent Monday to Friday work schedule\n\nWeekly CIS payments\n\nLong-term ongoing project\n\nSupportive and professional site team\n\nOpportunities for further work upon project completion\n\nIf you are a qualified Joiner with relevant experience and immediately available, please apply below
