Due to growth they are searching for a driven Corporate Travel & Experiences Executiveto join their busy team. Role Duties: Plan and manage end-to-end luxury travel itineraries, including first-class flights, 5-star hotels, fine dining, chauffeured transfers, and VIP services. Curate innovative entertainment and sporting experiences that go beyond the ordinary from exclusive access to global sporting events to bespoke cultural or lifestyle activities. Present creative travel and event options to clients that they may not have encountered before. Build and maintain strong relationships with premium travel and hospitality providers worldwide. Deliver exceptional service with complete discretion and attention to detail for C-suite executives. Handle changes, disruptions, and last-minute requests quickly and professionally. Stay up-to-date with global luxury travel trends, sporting calendars, and VIP hospitality opportunities. Essential Criteria: At least 3 years experience in luxury or corporate travel management, hospitality, or concierge services. Strong knowledge of premium travel and event services, including airlines, luxury hotels, and VIP sporting/entertainment options. Excellent creativity, with the ability to design unique experiences that surprise and delight clients. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex itineraries under pressure. Experience using booking platforms (e.g. GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Polished, professional communicator who can confidently work with senior executives.
