ROLE
We are seeking a full‑time Residential Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing team at our Rochdale office. This is an on‑site role.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Responsibilities include:
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Drafting, reviewing, and preparing all necessary conveyancing documentation
* Providing clear legal advice to clients throughout the transaction
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
* Identifying and resolving legal issues that arise during the conveyancing process
* Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and property law
* Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
