Are you an inspiring Nursery Manager ready to lead a passionate team and shape young minds? Busy Bees is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced early years professional to drive excellence, creativity, and high-quality childcare at our Bicester nursery.



With a Level 3 childcare qualification and at least 2 years’ leadership experience in an early years setting, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes under the EYFS framework.

As a Nursery Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications


About You: We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership ability along with excellent communication skills. Your strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail will help you prioritize your workload effectively.



Qualifications and Experience:



* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.


* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.


* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
