What You’ll Be Doing:
Student Support: Work closely with pupils who have a range of learning needs, offering tailored one-to-one and small group support.
Collaborating with Teachers: Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised learning plans.
Fostering Inclusion: Help create a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported and empowered.
Monitoring Progress: Track student development, provide feedback, and celebrate achievements.
Building Confidence: Encourage students to take ownership of their learning and grow in independence.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential—your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.
Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a caring, supportive attitude. A background in working with special educational needs (SEN) is a plus.
Adaptability: Able to respond to the diverse and changing needs of students and the classroom.
Passion: A genuine desire to support children’s learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
