You will oversee the assessment, provision, and monitoring of students with SEN, creating an environment where these students can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position as SENCo in a secondary school in Enfield Lead and develop the SEN provision across the school, ensuring high standards of support for all students Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement and monitor individualized learning plans Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and specialists to ensure the holistic needs of students are met Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for supporting students with SEN Contribute to the school’s inclusive culture by promoting a strong focus on equality and accessibility Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it) Proven experience as a SENCo or in a leadership role supporting students with SEN A strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and experience in developing and implementing SEN strategies Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills A commitment to inclusive education and ensuring all students reach their potential Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
