We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Lead Generation Data Analyst to join us for a Year in Industry placement. This role offers a great opportunity for an undergraduate to gain hands-on experience working with data that supports marketing, sales and lead generation performance.
You’ll help analyse and track leads from initial enquiry through to sales engagement, providing insights that help improve marketing campaigns, lead quality and overall business performance.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Analysing lead generation and marketing data to support campaign performance
2. Creating reports and dashboards using CRM systems, Excel and Power BI
3. Supporting lead generation activities through research and data insights
4. Managing and tracking marketing campaigns and lead performance
5. Maintaining and improving tools using PowerApps
6. Enhancing lead and customer data within the CRM system
7. Collaborating with marketing, sales and customer experience teams across the business
To succeed, you will need
8. An undergraduate studying Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related subject
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (experience with reporting tools is a bonus)
11. Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
12. A proactive team player with strong attention to detail

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Hemel Hempstead head office.
