Overview
Transport and Logistics Driver role within the Transport & Logistics Department at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. Provide an efficient transport service, deliver meals, mail, specimens and manage clinical waste for NHS Tayside hospitals and local health centres.
Responsibilities
* Provide effective and efficient transport service incorporating local and national tasks.
* Deliver and collect meals, mail, specimens, stores, equipment and clinical waste to NHS Tayside Hospitals, clinics/health centres and GP surgeries.
* Work as part of a team or independently, follow instructions, communicate well and respond constructively to unpredictable situations under pressure.
Qualifications
* Certificate in Professional Competency (CPC) essential.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, follow instructions, possess good communication skills and cope under pressure.
