What you’ll be doing As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. You’ll: Manage inbound and outbound customer contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels Take ownership of customer queries, seeing them through to resolution Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively Deliver accurate administration and maintain customer records Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and proactive in their approach. You’ll bring: Previous experience in a customer service role (sales ledger experience is a bonus) Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly manner Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive, “can-do” attitude and a passion for helping customers GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Why join Calor?
