The ideal Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Organised
* Ability to problem-solve
* Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and posses excellent communication skills
* Valid UK Driving license
* Committed to working weekends
The role of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
* You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
* Registering new lettings applicants
* Negotiate offers between the Landlord and Tenant
* Generate new business and new clients
* Book Valuation appointments
