Key Responsibilities of an MFL Teacher: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality MFL lessons across Key Stages. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and create exciting learning resources. Requirements for an MFL Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching one or more MFL subjects (e.g., French, Spanish, German) at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and cultural education. Excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
