The Role
Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals that meet the varied dietary needs of our residents and create a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and cook well-balanced meals, catering for dietary requirements.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Manage stock levels and assist with menu planning.
Work with care staff to ensure mealtimes run smoothly.
About You
Experience in a professional kitchen or care home environment.
Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
