Position: Agricultural Sales Representative – Case IH Machinery
Location: Sleaford
Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30PM
Salary: £30k - £35k Plus Commission

Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of new and used Case IH machinery, including associated equipment and implements, within a designated area. Your role involves visiting customers to maximize sales opportunities in a courteous and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your sales area.
* Demonstrate and promote Case IH machinery and associated equipment to potential customers.
* Provide accurate product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Prepare and present quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals effectively.
* Achieve and exceed sales performance targets as set by the Branch & Sales Manager.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
* Attend customer-focused events and exhibitions to promote products and services.
* Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including CRM updates and reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and its equipment.
* Proven experience in sales, service, or parts within the agricultural sector.
* Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Target-driven with the ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.
* Full UK driving licence.
