Commercial Property Solicitor – Bury St Edmunds
Oculus Legal Group is working in close Partnership with a highly-reputable Legal 500 Law Firm in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Highly ranked Commercial Property team.
Working on:
* Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
* Lease agreements and renewals – handled by our experienced landlord and tenant solicitors
* Commercial landlord and tenant law – including advice on landlord and tenant law in the UK
* Commercial and residential property development – supported by our skilled commercial property development lawyers
* Property development services for new builds, conversions, and mixed-use schemes
* Pension fund property investment – including advice on how to purchase property through a pension fund
You must be able to:
* Manage own caseload.
* Manage own financial housekeeping.
* Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely.
* Assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work.
* Draft documents and letters of advice.
* Keep up to date with law and practice.
* Have excellent communication and team skills.
