Finance Assistant
to join our team.
Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidate's key responsibility will be to support and assist the finance team with daily and monthly transactional duties.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Maintain accounts payable records on company ERP
* Use automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companies
* Raise remittances and post payments to bank for authorisation
* Reconcile monthly supplier statements
* Complete bank reconciliations at least weekly
* Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and disputes
* Process expense claims to payment stage
* Process credit card statements
* Support the wider team as and when required
* General administration duties
Essential Criteria
* 2+ years' experience of working in a similar role
* Sage or equivalent experience
* Strong IT skills including Excel
* Ability to work within a team
* Ability to multi-task and be well organised
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable Criteria
* IATI qualification or equivalent

Contract Type-
Permanent, minimum of 30 hours per week. This role operates on Monday to Friday basis onsite.
