About us:
Miri is a performance marketing agency managing User Acquisition and Creative campaigns for mobile apps and games, particularly on Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, and Ad Networks. We enable businesses to grow rapidly by acquiring valuable users through digital advertising. We offer the full-service range from creative design, campaign strategy, and execution, to ongoing campaign optimisation.

We’re a collaborative team of creative professionals working with some of the most exciting mobile games and apps out there. As demand for our services grows, we are expanding our team and seeking a Client Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional results for our expanding client base.

About the role:
As a Client Account Manager at Miri, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day client relationships, fostering a successful environment for our client/agency partnership to thrive. You will be responsible for delivering the contractual outputs while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen the client relationship to secure Miri as a core agency partner for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive Creative and Paid Social User Acquisition (UA) strategies and lead high-scale performance marketing functions for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients' performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with Miri’s UA and creative specialists to help our clients achieve their growth objectives through effective user acquisition strategies.

To be successful, you’ll have the following skills and competencies:
Competent project management skills - experience in managing multiple workstreams and demands concurrently
Demonstrated interest in, or practical qualifications in performance marketing and/or the use of channel tools
Proven experience in User Acquisition and Creative Marketing within the app marketing industry
Strong relationship skills
A good working knowledge of how to interpret data to analyse, report, optimise and performance led decisions
Demonstrate success in scaling app marketing campaigns across various channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Video Ad Networks, Apple Search Ads, etc)
Demonstrate understanding of Web-to-App strategies
Enjoy building relationships, managing and working directly with clients
Work autonomously managing your own workloads in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency using standard work tools such as MS office / Google Docs etc
A passion for mobile apps and a desire to deepen your industry expertise

Your responsibilities will be:

Client Relationship Management
Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Leading meetings with clear goals and follow-ups, showcasing Miri’s value and driving client retention and renewals.
Understanding client businesses, industries, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Managing day-to-day workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Strategy & Performance
Have a solid grasp of mobile app growth channels and stay on top of trends to recommend the best strategies.
Confidently lead client conversations, leveraging internal experts when needed.
Create and present clear plans and recommendations, ensuring all outputs are high-quality and client-ready.
Drive channel relationships, working closely with sales reps to understand new product developments and surfacing relevant opportunities with clients.

Team & Project Management
Support your own development and contribute positively to the team culture.
Manage account financials, including forecasting, billing, and profitability.
Work collaboratively across teams to align efforts with client goals.

Business Development
Represent Miri in pitches, building trust in our capabilities.
Spot and convert opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Help shape and deliver account growth plans through consultative selling.
Be proactive in supporting broader business needs as required.

Additional information:
Please note, the role is hybrid and travel to our London and Leeds offices will be required occasionally.
