About the Role
As a Lead Generator, you will be a key player in our client’s sales process, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating a positive impression and generating interest in our client’s products/services. This is a targeted role where your ability to engage prospects and set up appointments for the sales team will be crucial to their success.
Key Responsibilities
* Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to a high volume of prospects using an auto-dialer system to meet daily and weekly targets.
* Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and pain points to determine if they’re a good fit.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
* Database Management: Accurately log all call activity, prospect information, and outcomes in the CRM system.
* Performance: Consistently meet or exceed targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in a lead generation or telesales role.
* Demonstrable experience using auto-dialer systems to manage call volume efficiently – desirable.
* A confident and persuasive telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with CRM software to manage and track leads.
* A self-motivated and resilient attitude, with a strong focus on achieving goals.
