Practice Manager Responsibilities and Skills
* Deliver industry‑leading patient care in your practice
* Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take‑up and treatment plans)
* Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7‑15 colleagues
* Collaborate and influence conversations to drive forward business priorities
* Proactively market your practice to drive patient numbers
* Ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager
* Effectively manage recruitment and selection for all practice staff
* Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue
* Confidence in using computer software and communication via emails, telephone and Microsoft Teams
* Previous dental experience desirable; we also welcome applications from successful managers from other business settings
