Responsible for serving all of our customers in a professional manner. Serving hot and cold beverages, performing general catering duties, use of a till, general cleaning and basic food preparation.
Undertake any ad hoc duties as required by the Retail Catering Supervisor.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Good standard of education (GCSE Grade D or above) Comparable
Desirable criteria
2. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
3. Health & Safety
4. Relevent training upgrades - E.G Allergens awareness
5. Any previous Food related qualifications
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
6. Previous experience of working in a catering environment
7. Working with the general public
Desirable criteria
8. Previous experience of using a till
9. Good general awareness of food safety regulations
Skills & Personal Qualities
Essential criteria
10. Good standard of oral and written communication
11. Able to use own initiative and work alone and within a team
12. Understanding of the importance / relevance of good basic hygiene
