Overview
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for teaching assistants and higher level teaching assistants to work in secondary schools across the Leicester/Leicestershire area.
Role types and scope
* Competitive pay rates £90 - £100 per day depending on experience/qualifications
* Full time, Part time and day-to-day roles available
* 1:1 support and classroom-based learning
* Roles starting ASAP and after the Summer break
* Prior experience preferred but not essential

* Teaching Assistants with school/education based experience
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants
* University Graduates
* Sports Coaches
* Support workers/care workers
* Aspiring Teachers
Safeguarding and vetting
* As part of safer recruitment guidelines, all applicants will be subject to standard vetting checks
* 2 employment references
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service
* Applicants who have lived outside the UK for 6 months or more in the last 5 years will be required to present an Overseas Criminal Check (police check)

Pay and contract details
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
