My client, a well renowned international Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor.
This role can be based in any of the Fim’s offices across the North West, West Yorkshire or Scotland.
Working in the Business Services division, the role is ideal for a HR generalist who’s looking develop further in their HR career.
Duties will include:
1. Dealing with complex Employee Relations, including disciplinaries and grievances. As well as providing advice to managers.
2. Assisting with performance management across the Business Services divisions and support the annual salary review throughout all divisions.
3. Work closely with the Resource Team to establish business cases for recruitment needs and support throughout the offer stage.
4. Provide assistance to the Graduate team during their summer placement programme.
The Human Resources Advisor will need to be an experienced HR generalist, able to manage multiple HR duties at once.
They will also be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills. Experience of working in a similar environment or professional service is essential.
